I really like this app and this device, the Misfit Ray, a lot. I am only giving it a four because I hope they will make it so that it can sync in the background occasionally, rather than it always needed to be synced manually. That being said, it is an great device and app. The Ray looks cool, holds a charge forever, and can be worn pretty much everywhere other than the hottest Jacuzzi or sauna.

I purchased a Vapor X and a Command. I assumed that both would be compatible with the app and sync with it. The X is incapable of syncing with the app. I really hope that this is something that is being worked on, because I feel like I wasted money if they both can't sync tracking. I was going for a complete set up. Instead I am left with two broken and incompatible halfs. Both watches work great, but there needs to be clear indication that the X is incompatible with misfit software.

I can't sync my paired Swarovaski Shine to the Misfit app no matter how many times I uninstall/reinstall the app or turn my bluetooth on and off or clear the cache on the app or force stop the app or reboot my phone, etc, etc, etc...which are all the things "customer service" keeps emailing me to do. I have been emailing with them for WEEKS now and nothing is getting resolved. Just A LOT of frustration on my part because I can't use my Shine and nothing is getting fixed.

The device Misfit Ray is better than I expected and I just got it this year 2020 August. 4 stars because I don't think they are going to innovate or add much to this app since they're not really active in the wearables sector anymore. But seeing all the negative review, I don't think it's that bad

On Misfit Command (hybrid watch), the app does not allow for RCS (Android Messages/Google Chat) notifications. SMS notifications work fine but there is no ability to receive RCS notifications even on the app notification level. There's not even an option to select Android Messages from the app notification panel.

Good little app for connecting to their watches. Can't talk for the Wear OS watches, but does all I'd want it to for my Command. Switching between watches is easy too, which I like. Just wonder what's coming next from Misfit given their recent big blowout sale...?!?!?
