i went to do the workouts but i had to pay the only thing it shows you is streches and stuff like that i I downloaded this because there was more good ratings than bad I thought that the few people who did make a bad rating was just saying stuff because they didnt like it as soon as I got on I knew I made a mistake this app sucks
