Been used this apps since i work in Micron as per company requirement. So far so good since all my claim been received & approved. Meant that, link between apps developer & company is working well. Yes, its should be paid. Sad to hear others review cant get claim for their family. Will give feedback more if in case this apps turn to worse. Nothing to hide in this life. Only with honest and brave feedback something or some parties may grow well without. mislead !. LIFE WITH NO FEAR

Poor update, causing inconvenience to me while trying to see the doctor. App does not maintain log in status, and logs users out after a null period. Now its forcing users to update and yet the update is not progressing. Customer service are not helping either. Just poor response.

I can't even see the available taps for claim once I have opened the app.

Parent work in same company claim for kids is very troublesome. Already more then a year the app still not support claim medical for both parent.
