This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing GroupCare@Income on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.

Couldn't get OTP code despite multiple attempts

Horrible app with horrible UX. The app looks so out of date and poorly designed. Why isn't there an option to stay signed in or use biometric login? If I want to access my claims why do I always have to access my email to get an OTP. Very very frustrating.

App keep saying "check your Internet" and refused to show the eCard nor the panel clinics even though my Internet is fine. Latest version and re log in, gave all permissions to the app but problem persists. Entirely useless.

Useless app keeps saying there seems to be a problem with the network but I am on 4G. Server maintenance also no message? Now can't access ecard to see doc. Fix.it!!!
