Using BlueStacks

Cannot log in even after I change my password and re- register. I call your hotline but the staff cannot help me. I need to go to the clinic for emergency but could not log in. It is very frustrating

Can't upload a photo to the claim. After selecting the photo, it just exited the current claim process. Tried 3 times with same results. In the end i choose the take picture option and it worked (poorer image as a result).

Not able to make an eClaim as a dependent.... surely the entire point of having such an app is for all those covered to be able to use it?! This is a disappointing service from an already terrible insurance company which has frequently rejected claims that my family should be covered for.

Only shows GP panel list no Specialist panel list on Clinic Locator. Please update your apps, put Specialist panel list as well.

Exclusive to our members only. Forgotten your card on your visit to the clinic? You can now retrieve your eCard instantly. Access rights must be enabled by HR Manager first.

ECLAIMS/VISITS:
Exclusive to our members only. Member can now submit claims and view their visits via the App. Not applicable for Dependants.
