Claims not displayed after submission, impossible to track status and reconcile reimbursement vs benefits. Customer service redirected me to Claims team and no update or communication after 3 weeks. Atrocious.

I'm lucky I didn't experience negatively like many others here by far. Fingers cross... quite ok app. Easy to search for clinics. However should have a "starred" function so we can shortlist clinics we preferred or had visited.

They tell me to 'register' at the log in page, but the bloody button doesn't exist.

Have to re-login everytime. And have to wait for long time to receive the reset email. Not good.

Hospitals do not accept screen capture of the e-card. The otp to login the app is sent to office email only...that means need to carry laptop and mobile to hospital. That's really bad... I guess it's purposefully designed that way to avoid cashless payment. Physical card is far better.
