I'm sure Darin offers a ton of positive lifestyle benefits, but after reading the terms & conditions and the privacy policy before signing up (once I already download the app), I realized that it is dangerous to provide a company --let alone one based in Romania-- a bunch of personal details, that they save for 7 years, and you have no legal control of that data. It's a shame that lawyers have to ruin access to something that might have otherwise helped to improve the lives of people.

There are many services and apps which promote healthier lifestyle, but I believe that 121tribe provides outstanding content. After a few days of usage, I can say that I really love it. Contains a lot of healthy and easy to prepare meals, which is extended with a grocery list which helps to buy the exact amounts of food even when you configure serving numbers and switch/change meals (reduces food waste as well). Besides meals I like the daily physical programs as well. It's possible to configure the intensity to match your type. And the last, but not least, nice part, the articles are really eye-opening ones. We are used with our day-to-day life and don't even notice what kind of bad habbits we have. I'm really glad that I found this application.
