Websitesinden randevu almak ve takip etmek bu uygulamaya göre çok daha kolay. Randevu alırken tarihlerde gün yazmıyor, her gün değişiminde tekrar doktor seçtiriyor, seçili tarihin hangi güne denk geldiğine telefon takviminden bakmak için uygulama arka plana atıldığında doktor ve saat seçimleri sıfırlanıyor. Birden fazla kişi adına randevu alınca kullanıcı bilgileri karman çorman oldu ve düzeltme imkanı da vermiyor.
