Very useless apps. I make a reservation on 5/5/2021on 2 pm since the doctor is available from 11-2 pm. came to registration desk at 01:30 PM and got information that the doctor change the schedule to 3-5 PM without any notification to me. FYI, my queue number is 22. Surprisingly, the doctor is start her job 04:15 PM. I'm using BPJS and got really bad service here. This happened at Hermina Bekasi

Aplikasi Mobile yang akan digunakan oleh pasien untuk melakukan pendaftaran dan informasi yang terhubung dengan system rumah sakit dan akan diketahui oleh dokter.
yang bermanfaat untuk mempermudah pasien dalam melakukan pendaftaran, mempermudah pasien untuk mengetahui jadwal dokter, mempermudah pasien untuk mengetahui rumah sakit hermina terdekat.

Petunjuk :
Lakukan proses registrasi pada menu registrasi, baik untuk pasien lama yang telah memiliki MRID/Nomor buku atau pun pasien baru yang belum memiliki MRID dapat melakukan pendaftaran,
Apabila anda belum memiliki MRID cukup mengosongkan saja pada kolom MRID tersebut kemudian melengkapi kolom inputan lainnya yang telah kami sediakan hingga proses registrasi selesai, kemudian lakukan login sesuai dengan user id yang di daftarkan dan dapat melakukan pendaftaran ke dokter yang dituju.
Apabila pasien yang telah memiliki MRID/Nomor Buku masukan MRID tersebut ( Contoh : A369516 ) dan melengkapi DOB serta kolom inputan lainnya yang kemudian system akan mencocokan antara MRID dan DOB sebagai tahap otentifikasi, kemudian login dan dapat melakukan pendaftaran ke dokter yang dituju.
Setelah berhasil melakukan login dapat menambahkan daftar pasien lainnya atau anggota keluarga baik yang sudah menjadi pasien atau baru akan mendaftar menjadi pasien RS Hermina.
Apabila pencocokan MRID dengan DOB tidak berhasil untuk memastikan Nomor MRID sama dengan DOB dapat menghubungi call center kami di 1500488.
