A good app for focusing on breathing simple and effective. Helps in maintaining a steady pace as pre defined by the user. The free sounds provided as background sounds are very relaxing and go well with the breathing instructions.

Nice idea but too fast to relax. I'd like 5 breath cycles per minute which would feel more coherent. Unfortunately the app starts at 6 breaths per minute

The app wouldn't open. all I got was the page telling you about it and the link to read the terms. When you go to the link it sends you back to Google play to download the app. but it is already downloaded.

It works really well for me. I am able to get into a focused and conscious state while my body gets into a relaxed state. I only wish we had a way to record karma points. For the price I paid in my local currency it is worth the money!

About this app

Guided meditation with instant feedback! As you deviate from your meditation, the app detects your breathing pattern and the waves will gently notify you. Earn "Karma Points" by breathing rhythmically. No more meditation sessions where you wander off.


The best way to use the app is to use the phone while performing shavasana (corpse pose in yoga/ sleeping meditation / yoga nidra). If you wish to receive feedback while sitting, you could slide the phone halfway into your pants, so that the phone moves when you breathe. The elastic on the pant's belt line should hold the phone in place.

Set a target breathing rate that is comfortable and meditate on your breath.
Lie down on your back, place the phone on your abdomen and try to breathe at the target rate.
The waves will calm down as you start breathing at your target rate.

This app can also be used as a standalone app without biofeedback, for paced breathing, mindfulness training or sleep music
