This is kind of a scam. I specifically selected an appointment time and they changed it without any notification. When I called back, they just indicated that the updated time was the only option and any earlier appointment time will result in additional charges. Very disappointing app experience and very disappointing customer service experience.

really very good app. my first experience is that I called the helpline and they listened to me in such a nice manner & my issue was resolved. otherwise the helpline people make our mistakes and don't admit their mistake. highly recommended. such a wonderful & time saving app. u don't need to wait for hours for doctors. they give u the exact time to visit the doctor. great services specially for jobians because of lake of their time.

Why do you guys not show "not satisfied" reviews on website? I think you are misleading patients and masking negative remarks. We had an average experience, we selected doctor based on reviews (which are not accurate the website). The doctor did not take any initial vitals details at the start. BMI, weight or height etc. for weight consultation were missing. Our experience was not very good as it is reflected in other reviews. Not recommended

Very useful app. Used multiple times for booking appointment. Had been using the app for while but recently it starts crashing again and again. Hope the developers fix it asap.

I booked an online appointment of a doctor and paid the fee. But when I clicked the link for joining the video call at the mentioned time , the webpage was saying that the link is broken. I have complained the issue at helpline , they told me that its the system fault and my issue will be resolved asap. But nothing happened. When I inquired again the next day they told me that I can get my refund back in 2 days so I asked for it. Its now more than 3 days they havnt retured my money.

Disappointed with the bait and switch, kept saying you will get x discount if you pay online but charged the whole amount. A very shady practise, the customer service rep also mentioned the same instead of saying its upto and you do not qualify for any discount
