The app is next to useless for sleep monitoring. It is only useful for setting the music, lighting and aroma strength for the nox aroma. It does not measure sleep quality or quantity. The sleep report does not appear until at least 24 hours later. You have to be connected to a WiFi connection to operate the app. It does not work with mobile data or simply using Bluetooth.

Never accurately records my sleep. half the time it can't even connect to my smart lamp. it says I'm awake all night long which is clearly wrong, when there's no sound or movement for hours at a time. definitely has LOTS of bugs and issues, and needs many updates. it took me days just to connect my phone to my lamp in the first place. great concept, has it's benefits but using this app is extremely frustrating.

Invasive app permissions required to use the app, backwards and unfriendly at every step of the way. Not worth it. I will be uninstalling the app and using it as a quiet Bluetooth speaker, as Sleepace has gone out of its way to make me not want to use any of the other features. If you are this invasive and unfriendly to customers, you don't deserve business.

Require location permission just to use a pillow to monitor sleep? Don't really see the reason why the app MUST require location permission in order to work. Even some sleep monitoring app won't require that kind of permission. The app don't really explain why they need it either, it just said it require location to work normally.

Requires excessive permissions for what it's supposed to do - only one that seems reasonable is access to body sensors. Why the app needs location is unexplained, app displays infinite spinner if you don't allow it. Doesn't consider email with '+' sign as valid for registration. And why do I even NEED registration?? If it's supposed to monitor sleep through some other gadget connected to an online account, it should be explained somewhere. If it works with just the phone itself, then it could work fine as an offline app. Product (sleepmask) seems solid, but look for companion app elsewhere. Every music player with support for sleep timer seems like better candidate than this.

Unreliable results use your Fitbit instead. I use the app with the Reston physical monitoring device - a band that goes between the sheet & mattress at chest level & monitors breathing and heartbeat. Unfortunately the app or device doesn't reliably record the end if a sleep cycle when I get out of bed. 50% or more, it continues to think I'm still in bed hours after I'm up so the scoring, information & reccommendations aren't valid. Maybe it's the cat, but....
