I took appointment for orthopedic consultant two days ago for today on this app. But when I reached out to the century hospital, there was no orthopedic doctor available. I was surprised to see the mismanagement at such a big hospital. The receptionist had no clue what to do. No one responded properly, so I came back. If the app is not updating the appointment data to the reception, then what is the use of this app and why it is still there to misguide people coming from long distance

Hospital treatment is good.. but there is no use of booking the appointment.. in that time Doctor Not available and we are waited more than 2 hours.. App is use less..Disappointed..
