It's easy to use and a good app for collecting accurate data but it would be great if the surveys wouldn't disappear after midnight. Not sure if that's due to the app or the rules for whoever is using the data but my schedule doesn't always line up with going to bed before midnight which is a pain sometimes. If you want now accurate data allow users to enter time and date.

I'll rate higher once it lets me log in.... I've tried on my android and the company provided iPad and after I enter in username and password it won't let me log in. By not logging in and completing the forms it's costing me money and the possibility to be kicked out of the study. Please fix!
