The best and most comprehensive lifting app i've used. Premium is very worthwhile. Three complaints: 1. The timer doesn't really work, i don't get a ring or a vibration. 2. Can't make custom emom progressions. 3. Some preset progressions can be customised, others can't. Very strange. That said, no other app ive used is as flexible, powerful or easy to use as this.

Has most things you want: rest timer, automatic adjustment of maxes, accessory selection etc. However it doesn't allow you to edit the core lifts. For example I want to swap out conventional deads for sumo, can't do that. Not really a big deal I guess. I just make the max my sumo max and swap it out in my head....except the squat day has sumos which are a % of deadlifts, assuming you're pulling conventional. Also not a massive list of accessories. Quite a few I want to do aren't there ┐( ˘_˘)┌

For preset workouts, it works great. Modifying them is easy. Creating your own is a little difficult but regardless there are great features which will keep me coming back to it. Edit: But I don't think it is supported any more.

Works very well in general. Has some great customization but does have some limitations. Haven't found anything better though, all in all a great app!

I really like the app the only thing I wish I could do is edit the weights I use without having to delete all progression. Sometimes I have to wait way too long for a machine and I'd prefer to do some other workouts in my routine but then it's a pain in the ass to input the data because I'm forced to follow everything the way it's set by default.

Really like it. Limited program choice but the ones in there work without unnecessary fluff.
