Positives: The app has a lot of nice features and is somewhat of an improvement over the WMS 2.0. Negatives: This is the worst performing app on my phone. I use it everyday since the company I contract with requires it. It crashes way too often. Nothing is more frustrating than handing the phone to a customer for signature and having it crash while signing. On occasion I have had to hit the map button several times in a row due to crashes and decide to just enter address into GPS manually ...

Have to use this useless, buggy trash app for work. It crashes all the time, spins and spins and spins, and then loses geotagging, signature and photos all the time after saying that "the order updated successfully". Orders are marked delivered, or out for delivery, and then hours later, they revert back. App is terribly slow, doesn't work offline, doesn't have navigation, can't respond to messages sent.

Its a great app If it would work without Crashing every day. Its just anoying when youre on the go and you have to make several tries before it begins to work right. Needs DEFFINATELY NEED FIXING!!!

2 stars because when I have the app open and am on route it keeps saying "WMS has stopped" then minutes after closing and reopening the app it says "WMS KEEPS STOPPING" FIX THIS AS I AM FORCED TO USE THE APP FOR WORK!!!!

The app works. New to delivery work so can't compare. A notification ding when new info appears would be,nice as I like to monitor the traffic. It would help me see the flow of traffic if I could watch bags assigned to others.

keeps crashing over and over especially when everything is filled out so you then have to redo everything. which is akward for the customer!!!
