Wow how bloody useless. My father brought this watch and it will not connect to his phone. So then tried with his phone. Nope still not working. So I've just tried with my phone. This is crap will not connect to my phone either. Have tried to different apps but both have this echo thing. Neither will connect. Unsure why but can't belive this problem is so on going. Wish I read the comments before my dad brought the watch. Highly do NOT recommend! Dissapointed 100%

I received the Echo Fit as a Father's day present from my family and I can't use it because the app doesn't work. As a company after reading all these awful reviews of your app why would they not fix these problems so they could give their consumers a good product. I will be returning it, this is a ridiculous problem to have. The watch won't work without the app.

I can't get any of the following to work. -Customize, Sync, and View your daily Steps, Calories, Distance and Sleep information from your Echo Fit. -Upload and View your Activity Recording Data. it just sits there as a watch. I can track runs with a different app while using it but I was hoping to trace steps as well. Color me disappointed.

My echo watch disconnected from the app every couple of seconds and the settings are kinda broken. I selected black and it made the watch white with black text. I selected inverted and it made the watch black with white text. Then it disconnected from the watch. Some settings would also not work, like turning on the send notifications feature. I turned it on, held down the top left button on the watch, and then the watch disconnected and when I reconnected it the setting was off. Also, I have to go through a pretty long procedure to re- connect to the watch if I close the app. Maybe I'm doing this entire thing wrong, though, because if I want to get a normal watch face and a stopwatch feature by holding down the top left button, it automatically disconnects from whatever app I'm using.

Only thing that the Magellan rep can do is reply to issues concerning registration. They can't fix a crap app. Can't even connect my phone to the watch. Useless company, useless watch. Never buy their products.

I had to ring NZ support just to register which was a pain but at least I can get into the app.. However its laggy and doesn't always update to match the data on my watch, and I have to keep logging in. Also I don't get why the app has to be running on the screen or in the backround to get call notifications? That just slows my phone down so I don't bother with that feature. Good thing I like the watch so will just sync every few days to get my averages
