Lumowell never lets me down. One of the best exercise Apps out there. Easy to follow and just that little push that you need every day.

Awful UI and looks like it was designed on a bbc micro. Also wants to connect to Facebook to access most of it. There are much better apps out there. Also not been updated for ages.

Very disappointed that after paying for the app it doesnt allow you to do anything different than the free version. Diet is just a recommendation not something you can actually record or follow. The workouts just give a list of workouts to do, it does lock future workouts until you've done the current workout but doesnt skip or show the next workout. You have to scroll down to your current workout. It also keeps wanting you to connect with facebook, not

Really love the app with narration and it's easy to follow. Bought the advance program and will try it after building myself up with the daily program. The only one complain would be about the mail notification at the start which I have no way to turn off. And also, I wonder if there will be a feature to build my own work out?

Not sure why this app has such good rating, I have never used another app like this before and I was curious. I might have to check a few others to understand the good and bad. all I can say is I paid for its advanced festures and, first: all you get is a plan of 10 min workouts on a daily basis for a few weeks. And then it also keeps asking me for facebook to access most of its options. It also freezed a few times during my first 5 mins so experience has been awuful. Without even start workout

It should give you the more options to customize the workout- like timing, instead of just 5 minutes or 10 minutes. Also it didn't let me rewind, only pause. I like how clear & colorful it is. It is easy to follow along.
