EASY WORKOUT - WOMEN'S CIRCUIT & CARDIO HIIT TIMER is easy to use compact free app. This fitness program has been designed just for women. The fitness log saves automatically the 20 last exercises done to the fitness diary. Train home, gym or outdoors to get your fit, healthy and lean body. It's your personal trainer in the pocket.

The app has 2 cardio personal trainer programs; 10 minute cardio and 30 minute cardio -routine. Both are high intensity interval training routines which consists of changing phases of fast anaerobic intervals and less intense recovery intervals. HIIT workout is very effective form of aerobic training which gives results fast. The purpose of the cardio intervals is to strengthen the cardiovascular system, improve maximal oxygen uptake and burn fat and boost metabolism.

There are also 2 home circuit training routines in the app; 15 minute full body circuit and 30 minute full body circuit. These fitness routines consists of 45 or 60 second interval phases and 15 second rest between. The purpose of the circuit training is to tone and strengthen the muscles and shape the whole body. All the moves can be done without any equipment.

15 min full body circuit training is made of the 5 following moves, which are done 45 second 3 times altogether:
- Push-ups
- Squats
- Back extensions
- Tricep dips
- Crunches or sit-ups

30 min full body circuit training is made of the 8 following moves, which are done 60 second 3 times altogether:
- Crunches or sit-ups
- Push-ups
- Squats
- Back extensions
- Tricep dips
- Side lunges
- 60 sec plank
- Burpees

HOW TO USE YOUR POCKET PERSONAL TRAINER APP
- Open the app
- If the sound is on you will hear the voice instructions on every screen
- Select your workout from the four choices: 10 min cardio, 30 min cardio, 15 min full body or 30 min full body
- Cardio; warm up body first, do the fast as fast as you can and let the heart rate steady down during the recovery phases at the end cool down the body and let the lactic acid get out of muscles. Every phase is important so do all the intervals.
- Circuit; start doing the move the suggested, do it as long as the countdown timer voice gets to zero, rest and change to the next move
- When the exercise program gets to the end it will save the name and date of the exercise done
- Keep doing the exercises 3-4 times a week
