"something went wrong on our end" error prevents singing into app for over a week now. unusable with this error. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, tried to change password, but get same error and cannot use device without being logged into the app. i use the original Pixel phone on Google Fi and an connected to the internet, so this is an app issue.

I found this in storage and was gonna reset but i also had issues with the app. it says it can't connect to the internet and something went wrong.

As others have reported, this app appears to no longer be supported and is non-functional. All login or reset password attempts result in the error message "We're sorry. Something went wrong on our end. Please try that again." There appears to be no support available from Lumo. This app should be removed from the Play store.

Fantastic app and hardware even during takeover. My son purchased this as a gift for me months ago and gave it to me today. Upon registration I found that the company was taken over and they were not providing support. Installed the app anyways, setup my equipment and viola it works wonderfully. My posture is improving, steps are counted and I am happy. Please keep the application functional for every current owner of the equipment to benefit from its use. Well done inventors/developers!!!
