For those having problems. 1) Download. 2) Register (skip the address part. Not important). 3) Click Donate. Pick your amount. 4) Click the "monthly" tab and switch to "one time" if you prefer that. 5) Select National. 6) Pay. Add your card details to pay. If that doesn't work then for those that have a REVOLUT card. Change the currency on that card to dollars. And then use it to pay the amount you want to donate. Or try to use debit instead of credit card.

May be buggy but if you have issues after you create your account, you can close the app and open it again. It takes a bit of time to refresh. I could donate relatively easy, so it is not impossible. They need an option to donate on their website. Overall felt a bit difficult to donate (but not impossible), also had to give my phone number and personal details for just a one time donation (yes, you can make a one time donation as well). /PrayforBeirut

For one time payment, it still asks you to confirm the recurrent payment disclaimer, otherwise it is not accepting it. You have to select the monthly, tick the box of the disclaimer about the recurring payment, then chose the one time payment for your payment to go through. There will be many donations coming in these days and I almost have up before completing the payment. My thoughts are with the Lebanese people. Stay strong

Kind of a clunky app but in my experience not as bad as a lot of the other reviews state. The only advice I'll give is that if you try to make a donation and the app says it has failed or wasn't processed, check your email before trying again. The app told me the donation didn't work but the LRC emailed me confirming that it had. / Beirut is in our thoughts and prayers

EDIT: fast dev reply, issues fixed for guest donations. Easy process now, 5 stars instead of one. INITIAL REVIEW: Broken. Exactly when it's most needed... Can't donate without registering. Can't register b/c ”phone or email is already used” even though it's my 1st time with Red Cross. Blank address won't work. Actual address won't work either, since the only options are Lebanese locations, but I'm on another continent. This is bad, and it's damaging to more people than just this user.
