This app is awful. it used to work great. Now it will not find any med that I type in. I uninstalled it and reinstalled, now it will not open. It tells me to check my internet connection and try again. I had downloaded to my mobile phone, it shouldn't need internet. I hooked my phone up to WiFi and I still get the same message : can't locate the server, check internet and try again. I had enough and uninstalled it

I have used the app for a long time .Now it says to hold on while minions are loading .and then chevk internet connection What's going on ? Sad cause this was the cheapest discount card ive used. Please fix asap

Any medication I type in for a search says no drugs found. I have typed in 10 of the most common medications known to Medicine. Uninstalled.

For some reason I cannot search any drugs. It doesn't matter what I type in it says "no drugs found. Check the name of the drug and try again." ...... I don't know what to do.... Edit: Customer support was amazing and immediately assisted me with troubleshooting the app. And it worked!!!! Thank you all at goodneighborRx

Its sleek and pretty quick, but there's no additional info on the rx which is nice to see side effects etc and common pet rx are not found. Many retailers fill pet rx from the walmart and targets to the big box stores like cost co
