Overall this App is amazing and it makes keeping track of ma daily intake easy. So far its been a week and it by far is better than my fitness pal. My only complaint is the font is small and color contrast makes it hard to read. Maybe this is something in me, but Ive been using fitness pal back and it was more readable. It would be great if you can do something to make it more readable, but all in all, it is awesome

This is the first time that I see an application that gives a mix of meal and workout plans. The meal plan (diet) tells you what to eat on every day and every meal and there is just so much food there. The workout plan gives you easy to follow workouts that encourage your body to burn better, so eventually you lose weight better and faster ... I love this god damn app! :D

"it is such a great app that was built to fill a gap ... I can clearly see. They have a dedicated program for eating healthy which no other apps offer. You can customize your meal plans based on your needs. It is so full of recipes.My only request is to have the ability to add notes or journal on any given day. Having the ability to write down a NSV, or, the day my menses starts, or if Im fasting will make it 100% complete app. It is 99% complete now :)

I really like this app. I think that part of why it works for me is how nice and simple the app looks. I'm able to track my food, activity, workouts, steps, water, feelings, and many more. Isn't this brilliant? I'm saving my brain to remember other stuff now :D One thing I didn't like about other apps like Lifesum is that meal plans can't be changed because I'm allergic to seafood. With Lowcal, it gives me substitutes, so I can have chicken instead. This is the best nutrition and fitness app I

Very nice app ... what I like most about it is the variety of meal plans that server different program types, dietary needs, and goals. For example, I have a metabolic rate thats faster than normal and I struggle to keep weight. This means, when I go over the amount of calories, and the amount of calories, and the amount of carbs and fats, its actually considered good rather than bad, but going over the amount of protein remains not recommended ... this app fills this gap. Lowcal is an over all well rounded app. It's easy to use and is very effective at keeping you motivated and focused on your health goals. Everyone's weight loss, fitness, and health journey is different and this app is specially tailored to you. I've been using this app for six months and it's changed the way I see food. I no longer desire to eat chips of any sort or drink any type of soft drinks. Definitely worth trying out. It's free so honestly, what do you have to lose?
