This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Muscle Mate on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.

Really good for tracking my progress on various exercises. Built in AMRAP and Interval Timer is an added bonus for doing CrossFit workouts. Great app!!
