To update info for sleep ect, you have to pull down screen to resync info. It doesn't seem to auto update, also to keep active in background sync sns to an app or SMS to it stays open and connected to the band. The reset for device is in the device settings on the bottom menu. Information seems pretty accurate.

After two days the bracelet completely froze and I am unable to find any information on how to fix it. I can't get it to sync to my mobile, I'm doubtful as to how accurate the calorie burn actually is, and it doesn't always accurately record my heart rate while exercising.

I can't check updates on my phone. Everyone I open the app, I have to relink and then put in my info all over again, then after that, it crashes. Garbage app. I'll resubmit a review if you guys could fix these bugs.
