App does not connect for Diagnose screen and cannot maintain the 15 and 18 MPH settings, lock the wheel does not work and neither does the safety lock? Whatever that is No way to set speed permanently.

The app doesn't work It says is connected but it doesn't go no farther than 12 miles per hour. The 18 mph that I was told it could do in only Worked the 3 days and I Purchase for my work commute. I was told to reinstall the app. I've done this numerous times and it still doesn't work. I called Swagtron the tech was dumbfounded and couldn't really give me any advice for this. If the app doesn't work you can NEVER go further than 12 mph WOW, I WASTED MY MONEY ON THIS BIKE. 😑

Its really annoying that my bike wont set to 18 mph. It will default back to 12 mph while riding it. So just when I'm gliding at 18 the app switches back to 12 mph. There should be a feature to lock in your speed. I cant fully enjoy my bike if I cant go to full speed.

I need this app in order for my bike to do over 12mph. Without it the bike wont do what its capable of.

I would really like and enjoy the scooter if it kept the 18mph setting but when you turn the scooter off it defaults back to 12mph every time.
