I've used the Mdinr app as long as it's been available, and it worked great till a few months ago. Now everytime I try too login, it tells me I have no Internet connection, even though I'm using 4G & WiFi, & 5.0 android the cell company has assured me it's not the cell service. So why can I not connect?

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences mdinr. It's very convenient to do my testing at home on a time a convenient I love. I'm having my supplies delivered to my mailbox wonderful as I do not have transportation of my own. I love doing business and have recommended them.

It's easy to use if one remembers where the app is stored. Keeping the pin where you can have easy access to it. It's much easier than going to the clinic every week. It's a great tool especially during the Covid pandemic.

Meter won't keep a charge. Also hasn't added last INR reading on the history. I reentered the information. It showed in 1 section but not on history. Nurse came and waited but the meter refused to recharge. Then later that day I reentered the information but doesn't open in history??
