I hope you can resolve the issue with your mobile app and uploading receipts. The interface for uploading and attachments is poor and needs updating to allow pdf receipts as that is what is the industry standard and used by most facilities upon request. I'm not sure why you even have a mobile application as it serves no purpose when customers have to go to the website anyways.

I wanted to view a document, and got to a screen that said there was no connection and gave me the option to retry, which did not work. There were no other options to go back or log off. I believe a menu option might be beneficial to this app.

The app never allows me to log in. contantly tells me my password or username is wrong but its not.

Save your money and do not use a pre-tax account. I uploaded my receipt from my email plus my bill and they would not accept it

You put my name and password and two times said it was not valid and I know that it is since I just used it on my computer today terrible app
