This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing BASIC Pacific on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

Not quite there yet. It's freaking hard to upload photos from past dates especially receipts since you cannot zoom in before upload. The use of camera sucks due to quality of image taken even though phone cam is good. Website is now almost useless, I think they might have let it be and focused in the mobile app.

Trying to upload claims using phones & tablet keep getting upload a newer version from app store & still get upload a newer version after installing latest one. Or get your session has timed out after approx 15 to 20 seconds the whole Basic system sucks to use if trying to file claims for vision or dentist

What is the point of a mobile app of which a primary function is to file claims if this function never works? Ive had the app for over a month and it always crashes when I try to file a claim.
