Don't even bother using this company. If it's your only FSA option skip and save receipts for end of year taxes. You use flex spending card at a hospital or doctors office and its not sufficient. Instead of them coordinating with provider or insurance company they deny your claim and tell you to get more info. You ask for more info from provider and they deny again. Skip the government scam where if you overestimate for the year you lose your money or forced to buy stuff you don't want to use.

Just another impersonal of more info collecting both personal and medical. This will be the last year for a flex account. The amount of stuff they need to approve u using your money....pure theft

Won't let me scan an item to check for eligibility. Also, won't accept any of my receipts. This app needs to be updated, it DOES NOT have clear instructions on how to use and troubleshooting is never any help, I also had a claim that I did not make, even before my card was ever used. Still never reimbursed. This app is TRASH!

All things considered, I don't think the app is absolutely terrible and it does make some things a little more convenient by not always requiring you to have access to and use a PC. That being said, probably the most irritating flaw in the software is the way you have to find files to upload for receipts. It's very cumbersome and won't let you look at your entire phone. It also won't let you access a cloud service, like Google Drive, where a lot of people keep their receipts
