This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Benefits by BASIC on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

Login on website works fine, but app won't accept it, and there is no look up function for username or password

I think it is ridiculous that you have to change your password every 60 days. Now my passcode doesn't work! It is recorded so it is correct.

The app sucks. Hard. Typed in and scanned receipts and it will not submit. Fix your app. And with a 2.8 star rating, you should hire someone to fix it. EDIT: uninstalled app and reinstalled (how lame) and the claim submitted after re-entering and rescanning receipts. Login and password expiry has been a nightmare since day 1 of this app. Don't ever forget your password. Only good thing about this app is they have figured out how to use biometrics, which is why the app gets an extra star.

Unable to log in with my valid credentials. Has not worked correctly since uodate that removed the ability to sign in with a pin. Uninstalling.

Unable to download app!! Get no support when I call or text either!! Not a good way to do business!!!! Will rethink spending acct. elsewhere next year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Every time I click forgot password it closes. I removed it and reinstalled and still have the same issue.
