The bread is essential food for many nations; in fact in the countries in East Europe is still one of the most beloved and eaten food. There are many ingredients which can be used for making bread – even from banana flour; corn flour, coconut flour and many more. Since the beginning of the human history and the discovery of bread making, it is usual part of our meals; many people don’t know, but the bread saved people in periods of hunger – it happened to be their only meal.

The bread making is science – the time of the simple made of flour, water and yeast, bread had passed; of course - these ingredients are still basic, but many more are included, too. In fact it is included in the university programs, which teach the students of the rules of the flour and yeast fermentation, the nature of the products, they nutrient value and their influence to the human organism. Of course, this is complicate for us, who just want to make our own delicious bread and we usually use the internet as main source for bread recipes. Thousands of recipes are available and many new ingredients may be added; beautiful bread for special occasions and tips how to make it, also.

Every time we enter the neighborhood bakery or the one in the mall we see great looking and delicious smelling breads and other products, before we were just buying them; but now many of us look at it as a challenge – can I make it at home?! Of course, all we need is to search the internet – there we can find many recipes and advices how to make the beauty we saw; it is well known fact that many people found their passion in bread making. They started their own bakery blogs and made new incredible bread recipes; in fact some of the best looking and tasting breads are made by people, without cooking education.

We all love different type of bread – black, corn, nixed with nuts, with fruits; sweet bread or just simple; now with the availability of home bread makers, which mix it and bake it – is even easier. All we need is to find the bread recipes we need, to add the ingredients and to wait – it is automatic process; after an hour or better three we have great smelling and tasty are own bread! Small, large, round and with any shape breads can be made also – in the oven, of course; large amount of tutorials for highly complicated breads are available, too; which are usually made for special occasions.

The smell of the fresh made bread is irresistible; breaking a piece of it is the most natural thing in the world; it brings to many people a lot of memories, while eating. Many of us remember those days, when grandma made her famous bread, using the recipe of her grandma; tradition in many families; which is now continued through the internet.
