This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing HAYLOU on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

Dreadful app. Why on earth do I need to share GPS location and allow storage access to control my wireless T16 headphones. I am connected, listening to music but can't control the buds because I haven't allowed the app to access my location. Why do you want my location so bad? Lots of red flags with app. Seems like a completely abandoned project. Fix your app. Create dedicated apps for the watch and headphones. Not this mix match garbage that this is. Frustrating. Buyer BEWARE!

Put some more effort on making an another app exclusive for your audio products.I bought haylou t19 no doubt its an overall great product but the software for it is lacking behind, competitors like realme,oppo have a great experience of thier apps.They let you customise each and everything seamlessly. Haylou team should do the same thing to provide their customers that same level of experience.✌️ Edit : I'm facing a low volume on my haylou t19 any fix

Drains Battery even when it is not in use. App needs to be improved. Ls02 smartwach is good but really disappointed with the app. Please update it with some new watchfaces too.

Very terrible experience using this app to view the remaining battery and changing the settings of earbuds, keeps disconnecting and requires GPS to do anything. Make a separate app for headphones, and add more customizable controls for 3taps.

Horrible, the worst app ever, I think the watch is fine (lso2) ,but the app makes it completely use less , the fact that you have to be connected to wifi to connect the watch is the stupidest thing I have ever seen, the app makes the watch a Total waste of money. Please if you are thinking of buying an lso2 (don't do it) you won't be able to really use your watch, ( worst app ever) stupidest thing ever, the team responsable for the development of this app should get fired

It works for first use, yet after then you cannot even use it one more time. App always unbind the earphone.
