This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Libres de Gluten on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

About this app

Libres de Gluten es la única App gratuita en Argentina que permite identificar si un producto es libre de gluten o no mediante el escaneo del código de barras usando el celular. Esta App también permite buscar tiendas o restaurantes que ofrecen productos aptos para celíacos en una ubicación determinada.

Pensamos libres de gluten no solo para el celíaco o para la persona que elige llevar una dieta libre de gluten, sino también para sus familiares y amigos que no están tan familiarizados con los alimentos sin TACC y los lugares donde poder conseguirlos. Así un familiar que invita a comer a su casa a un celíaco puede escanear los productos que tiene en su alacena y saber con cuáles de ellos puede prepararle un rico almuerzo. O un amigo puede buscar en nuestro mapa de restaurantes dónde ofrecen opciones libres de gluten y proponerle cenar ahí a su amigo celíaco.

Funciona bajo un sistema muy simple de semáforo donde:
- Los productos Verdes son aquellos que están certificados sin TACC ante el ente nacional regulador ANMAT y por lo tanto son seguros para el celíaco.
- Los Amarillos son aquellos productos cuyos fabricantes afirman que son libres de gluten pero no se encuentran registrados como tales, por lo que queda a criterio del celíaco consumirlos.
- Los Rojos son aquellos productos que incluyen TACC en su composición y por tanto no son aptos para el consumo del celíaco.
