Hi Liouria, I have used your app for more than 6 months now and really like your app. Your design is almost perfect for my HR range running (it will be perfect if GPS part is working). I am using Polar +OH1 (arm band) and looking for a smartwatch or wearable with HR functions. I have tried fitbit charge 2 & 3, the app can't them. Do you know of any wearable devices that are working with the app?

App seems to stop working intermittently. Sometimes it works for my entire run - while at other times it stops registering HR after a few minutes. It could be a problem with my "power saving" settings . I have an OPPO phone and the power setting are a bit confusing. I normally run a music App and then start WHATSHEART. BUt sometimes I start WHATSHEART first and then the music pp, perhaps this makes difference? I will be more consistent in future and make sure I turn the power saving service off before using this App. The current version of the App that I have does already say to turn the power saving off - but I was not sure about what to do. I like the App.

Falls short as pulse monitoring for exercise. Lacked following basic features : - Heart rate zone could not be customised except setting RHR & MHR - No voice alert for change of heart rate zone, only high pulse and low pulse - Not suitable for using with strength training as without GPS distance recording calorie count is 0 - No option for editing workout record to enter and change some data - No provision for exporting data to any fitness platform.

About this app

The PURPOSE of the application:

"WhatsHeart" provides heart rate tracking, provides a variety of audio statistics during training, records GPS-track, gives an analysis of recorded workouts.
"WhatsHeart" is a unique application that provides continuous voice notification of heart rate, and which can work 24/7. For example, "WhatsHeart" can perform continuous daily heart rate recording.

IMPORTANT!

- "WhatsHeart" application is much more convenient and practical than the most famous applications of the same type!
- the application works even when the screen of the smartphone is turned off or locked, or the smartphone is switched to another program.

REQUIREMENTS:

- smartphone with Android 4.4 and above.
- BLE-cardio sensor (heart rate monitor).

KEY FEATURES OF THE APP

- real-time output of heart rate to the smartphone screen
- alerts about heart rate beyond the selected interval. In this case, the alarm signal is given not only when the heart rate exceeds the critical value, but when the heart rate is below another critical value. Voice, sound and vibration alerts are used for signaling.

The application performs the following actions in real time:

- displays the heart rate chart.
- displays GPS tracks on a Google map.
- records workouts along with heart rate and GPS track data.
- displays audio statistics "by time" and "by distance" (voice messages). To do this, the User creates one or more lists of the required parameters (pulse, pace, distance, time, etc.). During training, these values are periodically reported to the User.
- fills in tables and graphs showing the distribution of training time by pulse zones.

The application also performs:

- automatic calculation of Max heart rate values based on age and heart rate at rest.
- formation of pulse zones (Anaerobic, Aerobic, etc.).
- calculation of calories in two modes:
* based on heart rate.
* based on the type of training using MET (metabolic equivalent of task).

ATTENTION!

- The "WhatsHeart" app is not a medical app.
- The app "WhatsHeart" does not record the ECG.

New features

2.1.1.58 (22.03.2019)
