Deleted all my tracking data from the last couple of months, as well all my paired Bluetooth connections; car, headphones, everything. Biggest joke for a developer I have seen. Totally unacceptable that the app messed up so much. I wonder whether they have breached regulations by affecting my Bluetooth settings wider than just the app's remit.

Letsfit needs to update their app to work on all functions and styles of bands that it has out. Right now the app is hard to use and it doesn't even do everything it needs to do to work with the Letsfit fitness watches. If they do not fix this app I feel ppl should return their fitness watches and go with a better product. Sadly, I he letsfit fitness watch is a fantastic device it's only the app that is the problem.

Used to be good but now almost obselete. It doesn't work with my fitness Pal or any other weight loss app. Keeps crashing now , just rubbish, save your money and get a fitbit

I really liked this product and app at first. But now it won't sync without connecting to location information- or so it says. When you allow the app to use location services it still doesn't sync. I don't understand why it needs location services. I just want to track my steps. This is fine for now but when the clocks change in October I won't be able to update it and the watch won't be any use. Very shoddy update.

I dropped my rating from 3 stars to 1. The app is now deleting my headphone pairing when it starts. That's incompetence at its highest level. Previous advice: If the app just says "Connecting" all the time, and you have SNS configured, and SNS notifications are still working, then to get the app to sync again disable SNS. It looks like it's hogging the connection to the bracelet. If SNS is not enabled, the I don't know - I just happened upon this situation as well. The app could be better. It gets stuck while synchronising (but is able to resume when the app is restarted). The SNS notification is limited to a hardcoded list of applications and I wish I could add other applications to that list. Updates are very rare so I won't hold my breath for these things to get looked at.

Just deleted my data with an update. No notification this would happen. And why does it now need location details now to sync?
