Health Setu is very important for everybody. We should early wake-up in the morning and go through some physical exercise, yoga and pranayam. Take a bath with luke water. Morning pooja or meditation should be in our daily routine. Always be vegeterian. Have balance diet. Do some domestic work with your better half. Discuss the matter for future saving and health issues. Always be positive, when you are discussing with siblings. Do not disclose your secret planning for their betterment.
