Worked amazing when I got the bluetooth enabled scale. I loved the details of the app and how easily it communicated with the scale. Now, the app crashes before it can even fully open. The scale only works for weight and nothing else. It's really frustrating. Looking at other reviews, this has been going on for months.

I've had this scale for nearly 2 years now. The first year was excellent and the batteries that came with it worked wonderfully for the longest time. Then went Android updated to Android 10, it took the Rolli-fit team a very long time to fix the app to become compatible. Several emails and months went by without any real status updates. I eventually uninstalled it, only reinstalling the app in early April, which is now fully functional. Wish the old data could be backed up though! 5/5 otherwise

Bah! Great scale, app was functional, now everything is crashing! Why?! Please fix this! (Don't update to Android 10 if using this app) Hey guys!!! Saw the issue, looks like null pointer exception in your custom grid view, likely caused by changes to on draw behavior or removal of broad exception handling. If you give me access to source I can fix it for you. For the love of God I need my tracking back please!!!

Awesome app and scale. I don't understand all the fuss. Yes body fat muscle mass ect aren't acurate. Guess what even your doctor's $2500 scale isn't accurate it's a very rough estimation. It does however mesure weight perfectly and the app allows you to view your progress over time and set goals. My wife loves it so much she wants one for herself.

This scale and app may be great for the average health seeker, but for those who do any form of bodybuilding, the only useful part is the scale itself. Nothing else seems to be even close to acurate. I've been weight training/bodybuilding for 20 years which means my muscle is very dense. I can't seem to get a fat% reading under 45% which is about 30% higher than the highest test I've ever had. When I reached out to the company all they told me was "this scale is not that smart." Useless.

UPDATE 5/24 - Support responded within 24 hours, and confirmed they are working on a fix for the app. No ETA yet, but promising. Worked great the first few days. However, last night a "bug fixes" update to the app downloaded...and now the scale will not pair with the app on my phone. I can still see it in available devices. Will go back up to higher stars if I can get this resolved.
