The initial set up of the app is very inconvenient, because it makes you set up your profile first before you can access the rest of the app. And after you have gotten info from the scale, info isn't being recorded immediately. When you open the app again, the profile you have set up and the info recorded is gone. Please update this app. The scale is great and I would like to use it.

Tip to users who can't connect to bluetooth, it needs location access too so you'll need to turn on location when using the app.

The app used to work well with the scale but recently it has been crashing every time I open it and all my data seems to have been wiped since it keeps prompting me to create a new account but which I can't go past because the app crashes before I'm done.

Useless app! Not able to connect to my Huawei phone. Don't buy the innovweight weighing scale.. Such a waste of money! Can't maximize the tools and the features of the weighing scale.

App is good and works fine. would be better if you can enable location services as well because the device does not want to pair if that is off
