I cannot get this app to open past the loading screen. I tried uninstalling, reinstalling, clearing cache. I have emailed back and forth several times with their support and they keep asking me to do things that are impossible because the app won't load. I only tried to use this because I received several emails from Lark asking me to sign up, but I can't get any further because everything is done through the app. Beyond frustrating and a huge waste of time

Very mixed feelings about app. Only aspect it's helped with is exercising, so that's a plus. I've stopped using it to record food. Way too rudimentary & cumbersome. Calories not correct for many foods (ex. protein bars). Can't add food by weight, only by serving (what's a serving of eggplant)? If it says I have too much of something (e.g carbs), what is too much? In comparison to what? Which foods should I cut out? Need a way to add previous meals as a whole. Definitely needs improvement.

I got this app as a requirement from my health insurance to use IF I wanted to earn rewards (cash back) from them. It's helped me stay on track for losing weight and making healthy choices. I enjoy the digital coach! I wish the coach would have done Mindful Check-Ins starting with the 1st week of lessons instead of waiting until about the 18th week of lessons. Taking note of where my emotions are does make a difference.

It's an okay app that does help me monitor weight and food intake. I don't like that it's all preprogrammed responses. It also needs a pause function for times of illness when I don't want my phone constantly being hit with notifications. Overall, it's a good start.

Too repetitive and boring. The end of day log makes (at least me) feel like I didn't eat enough and always have to eat more of something. It doesn't let you add any real details about yourself. For that reason, you're just in a category of "most people" who have the same stats as you. It can't really give you personal feedback. I want to send the scale back and get a refund to my insurance. The app is useless.

The program is terrible. You try to put in food and it is incredibly inaccurate. It couldn't even input the calories for English Muffin. I had a time with the scale. The exercise input is also awful. I'm a slow runner and I know it takes me 12 minutes a mile. Just not a useful app.
