When I first bought the smart pump, the QR code rubbed off the bottom right away and I couldn't scan/ link it with the app. I called customer service and they were great! They sent me a replacement pump that I could link. I was finally able to use the app without having to enter everything manually. I liked the app and it was helping me track my milk production, but then the update came. Now it won't automatically save any of my pumping sessions, nor will it let me enter the amount of time it took to pump. So I'm back to having a pump and app that don't communicate, but now I also can't enter the amount of time filter but session unless I write it in the notes section. For the diapers, it won't let me save anything. It keeps saying to fill all fields, even though they are! It's very frustrating! Please go back to the old version of the app!!

So glitchy even after update. I start tracking my breastfeeding time and half the time the clock resets so I have no idea how long it's been. It would also be great to be able to download the data somehow. I'd like to see trends that would help me understand how much my baby is eating at certain times of day over a long period of time. It also no longer automatically connects to pump to record pumping time. So... I'm going to look for a better tracking app.

I bought this breast pump as I have read nothing but amazing reviews. I tried to sync the app to the pump today and it keeps saying that the serial number is incorrect and cannot pair with bluetooth from app to device. This is extremely frustrating especially when you spend the amount of money you do on the product! Now hearing peolle say the app doesn't work with the new update. This should be fixed asap!

So many issues...first, it has never worked automatically with my pump. It paired successfully but it never records anything. Second, it does not accurately translate the data you input into the charts. The pumping section is more accurate than the bottle feeding section, but neither is 100%. If I say I fed 3 oz, the chart shows 2.8 or something else less. Always less, never more. What is the point of tracking data if it's not accurate and I have to go back and manually calculate the totals?

Since day one of receiving my double breast pump from my sister after the birth of my daughter, I have used the app with the pump. It took my husband and I some time to figure out the bluetooth option but we got it. This app has helped so much to keep track of diaper changes, feedings, growth, pumping and bottle feedings [though she doesnt take a bottle often]. Instead of guessing when her last diaper change or feeding was, all I have to do is open the app and look (I'm forgetful 😂).

I've used this app since my son was born 10 months ago. It used to be very simple and easy to use but since the latest update the diaper section doesnt work-keeps saying fill all fields and wont save or allow for edits. It's getting very frustrating and I'm currently searching for a new app to save all my info. It's a bummer because all my info is in this app! :(
