Can't log in with Qr code either. Had to go into my local location since they didn't provide me with a barcode or email confirmation. Why give me an option to log in with a barcode if it's not provided? I hope this is not bad sign about signing up with them. The staff was nice and helped me get it taken care of. But still this app isn't that great. It wants permissions for everything and uses my personal calendar instead of having one built in to sign up for classes. Me don't like that.

Can't use app if you use key tag, it's either or. Don't always have phone to check in (don't trust security within club) often leave it in case where it's safer = key tag didn't work = have to stop and recite phone number to get checked in. Fix app so that both ways to check-in work!

The only thing this app is useful for is to scan your membership card. The rest of the app is dormant or useless. No longer shows check-ins which I found useful. Very dated.

No way to tell if kids club access is active.. no billing history available.. too basic for me.. no workout diary .. also there is no steam rooms available at L.A fitness anymore.. that's a bummer because that's what I really looked forward to after my workouts.. Theres ONE of the Esporta locations that has a steam room BUT they don't offer kids club there.. and that's if i drive 8 miles out of my way.. my sister didn't get her referral reward either!! not happy anymore at all..

Need a way to sort favorites! I like the clubs but wish I could sort the classes by days and times (e.g. Mon, Tues, Wed...) Also, it'd be great to be able to sort the clubs by distance...or hours open, etc.

The requirements for passwords are too much, that's all we need today is a special password for each application, email acct, bank acct, Etta all. I attempt to use a uniform password for all, if that does not work. I don't use the app nor do business with that firm period. I'll determine what is necessary not some geek squad.
