Been working with the folks at Konexial for 6+ months now and have had some issues that has always been dealt with on a professional level. However, programmers would need to be more consistent when fixing bugs when creating new updates. Fixing bugs should not fix one problem only to create two. I have a small fleet of trucks where consistency using the My20 app is a must. In the beginning, if it weren't for the positive relationship I've established with the folk at Konexial I might have looked for another ELD. Having said that, it's been a work in progress and the ELD and app has gotten better. Even with the growing pains I would highly recommend this ELD App.

My husband and I have been using for a while. At beginning there were issues but the support staff is amazing and worked with us. They have always been there with any question and always respond. Past few months have been great. I would highly recommend this product.
