Unable to book an appointment for the second dose of my child. Either a message pops up "No slots available on selected date" or "Second dose can be taken after 21 day.....". After a long wait on the Toll Free number 80011111, was fortunate to talk to the Agent who mentioned that MOHAP is in the process of arranging second dose vaccination drives and said to keep trying on the app everyday. Hope this info is helpful for someone.

We cannot see the error message or prompt fully, even on my Galaxy note. The message displayed is halved. And we can never book a dose 2 without a headache, stress & delayed vaccination. This is not only for people I know but many as seen by the commotion outside of vaccine centres. Dose 1 was a breeze, why us dose 2, the all important, so complicated? I hope this app is fixed and ample slots provided, or just dont keep giving dose 1's if you are not ready with dose 2's for the same. Thank you.

It takes more than 20min to speak to an agent, inspite of calling 4-5times the issue was not solved. I got an appointment for covid vaccine 2nd dose on a day that the center was closed and the vaccine is out of stock. No information was sent to us regarding the same. When we tried to change the appointment date, the app is not letting me make any changes, inspite of writing to the IT dept the issue remains the same. The vacc is already delayed by 15days. There is no clarity. Very disappointed

If no possiblity to book an apointment even thru the coming six months thru this tool; and the call center said it's a common complain, then what is the usage of such a mobile app. BIG FAIL!! Have a second look guys on this poor tool, this should not happen in UAE in 2021.

Really bad experience. 2nd dose appointment is required to rebook as per MOHAP message received. But when go for booking app hangs like forever. At last stage it doesn't show centers. Bugs needs to be fixed as there will be no record other than vaccine card dont know if later it will be considered valid.

No appointment opened for selected date! This is what am seeing in all the dates selected. I don't know if the app is functioning anymore because till now I can't still book an appointment to take the vaccine. So frustrating and annoying. Please fix the app.
