Occasional "Internet connection error" Nothing wrong with my connection. Plus, it is arbitrary. One of my products scans ok and shows "appears to be genuine", while another eather scans to "Internet connection error" or if I choose some wrong date shows "counterfeit" Weird. While we're at it. Entering exp date should be simplier - just let us write it in, not find in tje calendar, or, at least, add a year view so we don't have to list through all the months between today and year 2022.

i just got my olimp protein product and when i went to verify it tells me there is no internet cnx and it shut down why?
