this app has been good for the past 2 years but now it only comes up with errors when I try and go on live tracking so I can't rally see whear my cat is but overall this app is really easy to use but please sort this issue out

Can not use the app, because after registration when i click on "Activate Now", i receive a andorid message "No such app found." Do I need another App to use this? I found no instructions for this in the manual.

the android app after the latest update keeps throwing a network error while trying to connect... guys please fix this.. the ios version works fine... just a heads up for all concerned people... [update Mar/30] I can confirm that the issue has been fixed in the latest version of the app (4.8.6).

The wifi bug is fixed Now everything works properly In my opinion the app is still weakly structured and a bit confusing to use

this is my 2nd kippy vita .The first one packed up within a month and now this one is haveing problems connecting to the app and when it does it says the dog is in a completely different place to where he has been found and the map that it shows is about 5 years out of date.
