I would rate this app zero stars if i could, but it does not all me to leave a review. App does not allow me to log in, useless. Have tried to contact app, all they have advised is to the delette the app and reinstall. Already did that before contacting them. Again, useless. 5/25 at 10:14 AM Still would give zero stars if i could! Still DOES NOT work. Updated 6/17/20: updated app qne Still Does Not work. They have stopped emailing me back. Useless!

The walkingpad if fine as expected but the application is so poor, you may lose your workout record during your workout. Remote not working and not resetting, it is not linked to xiaomi family. Still need high-level improvement.

Poor app. Not used for a week so it wanted me to log in again. Even when I do, the previous training record is lost. Worthless having to keep login in, may as well use hand controller and forget this app, which needs a serious overhaul

Good treadmill but horrible app and cloud service. It throws http errors all the time. Advice to the app developers. Do not rely on the cloud. Sync the data to the phone first and then to the cloud.

Have had S1 for over a month. Unit fantastic. No problems. The KS Fit app works great for tracking walking stats. Only started today (May 19th 2021) the app cannot log in. States cannot find "https" or "no network" connection even though there is connection.

Constant problems with login to app. Why it is required to login?! App works great when you manage to login, other case it's just useless. Looking forward to anyone hack this great device to bypass terrible app experience.
