I was able to get into the app fine, but found it wasn't a good fit for me. Thought I cancelled the subscription until I got hit with a $47 charge 6 months later, turns out "cancel plan" option in settings in the app does not cancel your subscription plan. No website and the only form of contact is an email address. Hoping they actually respond to their email and give me a refund for this.

It's the most efficient and concise workout app that i have used. Best for everyone as it fits the needs for anyone willing to keep fit and get into shape. In the few months i have used it, my body feels fittest than it has ever been.

This is an edit on my review. I WOULDNT reccomend this app. I signed up, couldn't get into the app, had to moan lots, and was finally given a link to reset my password. I reset it with the SAME password and now it let's me in. It isn't obvious that they take a reoccurring payment at the end of your subscription when you sign up for 6 months. There is NO refund policy, so even if you have only bought the subscription for half an hour, you are stuffed.

Terrible app. No place to remove your pymt info, no place within the app to cancel, I have no plan assigned and have been trying to cancel and make sure no pymt came put for months and then today got charged. I want my money back as I don't even want this app bit seem to have no choice.

Terrible. Not what your think you're signing up for. PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO WHAT APP/PROGRAM YOU THINK YOU'RE GETTING! This one is a scam, and not the more we'll known version that is Free! Futon App is Not the same as this! They also mislead you in how much they are going to charge, and then charge you again down the road when you think it's a one time thing.
