Good app for keeping you on schedule. Lots of good information and articles. There are workout plans available as well. The apps user interface is well designed and intuitive to use however, it is constantly freezing up. Entering information should be easier as well. Just let me type in the number of ounces of water instead of scrolling for the right number. Also, the app doesn't remember the inputs for custom meals and calorie data. Make compatible w/garmin devices.

They tell you in an email you will only pay $67 a year. But as soon as you try to sign up, they start bombarding you with pages after pages (not exagerating, is like 10 pages) of add-ons you will have to add to the price in order to have "maximum" results which is nowhere mentioned in the initial offer. The "no thanks" button is lost in random places in each page, in very small font and grayed out to make you believe is disabled. I payed the $67 but I feel I'm going to regret it soon.

I had high hopes for this app, but so many issues.... It won't even let me start a 28 day challenge on the fasting schedule I want. I don't need a timer to tell me when to eat. It forces you to tell it when you actually start and stop fasts or it gets all wrapped around the axle, it'll have you eating at 2:00 in the morning if you don't go edit your times. Just a new way to take a simple concept and complicate your life. I can't imagine how this got the high rating it has. Waste of money.

Cannot edit step goals once set. Requires sign in to start fasting clock. Sometimes forget. It would be much better to just have a start time setting and have it automatically begin. Calorie counter had very little in data base. Made recording very difficult and time consuming. Often have to use another calorie counter app to figure total calories and then record. Doesn't have a way to save "favorites" to make recording calories easier. No way to manually enter steps.

Edit: New Update broke calorie tracker completely-Just get Error Message! Disappointed. Even with a "deal", I knew the first day I wasted money. Calorie log system is useless & often wrong. I have to use My Fitness Pal: free to look up my calories & then enter here, which defeats the purpose of a premium app. "Articles" are just bad blog style bullet lists, with no new or helpful info. If I wanted an alarm, I could do that for free. For nearly $100 per year, it should be more & with no ads!

Great idea, poor follow through. I'm used to using a food intake device like MyFitnessPal, with components... Can't do that. I use Wahoo HR monitor and Erg for rowing, collect time, duration, type of exercise. I don't do the ones listed here. This was a ripoff for the const considering what it should do. I could replicate this by just using my calendar and appointments for start stop of fast.
