This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Kibo Health Coaching on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

By encouraging members to contribute their activity data and improve their lifestyle, Kibo can benefit your organisation through reduced illness and lost productivity.
Members can challenge and compete with friends, earn coins for staying ahead on steps, and redeem coins for motivation stickers & company benefits.
Organisations can set challenges based on average steps per member, and increase/decrease target goals accordingly.
Steps are accrued through your mobile Android handset or watch, or data can be shared via your wearable device such as Fitbit or Jawbone.
